We do our utmost best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed within 48 hours (on working days). After processing, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your order.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please allow 48 hours processing time and 2 to 5 business days for shipping.

No orders are processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping is carried out via DHL.
Note: We have no influence on any delays by the carrier. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions), delivery times may vary.
